Support contact

Do you feel that something is not right in your relationship? Would you like someone to talk to?

At you can have your own support contact with whom you can chat for a period of time. The conversations can be about anything to do with relationships when things are not going well – for example, anxiety, fear, violence, control and jealousy. No thought or emotion is too big or too small.

The support contact is a volunteer who has received specialist training in dealing with young people who have experienced violence in relationships and is here to listen and support. You can be anonymous, all we need is an email address where we can reach you. If you can’t or don’t want to use your usual address, you can make a new one and share it with us. The conversations will then take place in the chat room, where you will be able to talk to your support contact once a week.

If you would like to try having a support contact, you can go to our chat and ask one of our volunteers. It is then entirely up to you whether you want to continue with your support contact or return to the regular chat. We support you on your terms.
