Information is kept only as long as it is relevant to our business.

IF YOU CHAT WITH US

The chat system registers IP addresses but this registration does not affect your anonymity towards ungarelationer.se. This is a technical feature to ensure that as many people as possible can receive support, while reducing the risk of fraudulent people taking time away from you when you seek support in our chat. By chatting with us, you agree to our storing your conversation for knowledge, education or research purposes, but you will always remain anonymous. All volunteers who staff the chat on ungarelationer.se work under a confidentiality agreement, which means that what you write in the chat stays with us and cannot be shared.

ON CONTINUOUS SUPPORT CONTACT

In order to coordinate meetings between you and your online support contact, we save your email, location and age. We do this to facilitate coordination between you, but also to keep important statistics on how many young people seek support from us.

We never pass on your personal data to anyone outside 1000 Opportunities.
